Fee Schedule & Payment Policy

To ensure transparency and consistency, the following fee schedule and payment policy applies to all participants in the CNA program:

1. Program Cost

The total cost of the program is $1,200, which includes:


  • One set of scrubs (to be laundered and worn during each clinical session)
  • One stethoscope and one blood pressure cuff
  • One school badge (required for clinical sites)
  • Required study curriculum
  • CPR certification

2. Registration Fee

A nonrefundable $50 registration fee is required upon application submission.

3. Payment Schedule

  • A minimum of $600 is due on or before the first-class session.
  • The remaining balance of $600 must be paid in full before graduation and issuance of the completion certificate($75.00) per week. 
  • Other payment plans may be available upon request 

4. Certification & Final Exam Requirements

  • Students must pass the final exam and meet all curriculum requirements before receiving a Certificate of Completion and becoming eligible to sit for the state CNA exam.
  • Final payment must be received before the Certificate of Completion is issued.
  • Failure to meet the payment deadlines may result in delayed certification, restricted participation in program activities, or dismissal from the program.

5. The Arizona State Board exam

  • Students will meet all of the required classroom , lab and clinical site hours to sit for the board exam. 
  • The cost of the board is exam is not administered by or paid by Stand on Promise.
